Terms of Service

1. Services

Sam's Sites provides web design, search engine optimization (SEO), and website maintenance services to clients. All services are described in individual project proposals and agreements provided prior to commencing work.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before project work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before delivery of final files or site launch. Custom arrangements may be documented in individual contracts. All prices are in USD.

3. Revisions

Project packages include a reasonable number of revision rounds as outlined in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at an hourly rate.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Timely feedback and approvals
• All necessary content, images, and brand assets
• Access to existing hosting or domain accounts when applicable
• Accurate business information for use on the site

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the completed website design and content. Sam's Sites retains the right to display the completed work in a portfolio. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. SEO Results Disclaimer

While we apply proven SEO best practices, Sam's Sites cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search algorithms change frequently and results vary based on competition, industry, and other factors beyond our control.

7. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed on a pro-rata basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sam's Sites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
